Being a a hobby genetics enthusiast, with interest I regularly calculated COI's of numerous Csv's with it, living today. On all generations ofcourse, otherwise one misses the impact of Rep in its entirety. Not entirely surprising is that the dogs with the lowest inbreeding coefficients also have the smallest percentage of Rep. Rep has been very important in the development of our race, but has also seriously narrowed the gene pool. Regrettable that a few breeders still show little professionalism in guarding the fragile gene pool. Iran Zemplínska oblast 'is one of the dogs of our time with relatively little Rep in his blood, although Rep even occurs in its pedigree several times. Most of his descendants, have the lowest inbreeding coefficients we know nowadays. An important instrument is the statistical tool that forum member Elf has developed. Regards |
