Worried about pup development & shipping

I think it depends on the breeder and how she/he treats the dogs and pups. The early pick- up is crucial if the pups stay with their mother in the kennel outside the breeder's home and see humans a couple of times per day. If the mother and pups live at home, spend time with people, see visitors and other animals, etc. and are generally treated as members of family I don't suppose the flight would seriously affect their further development.
