Worried about pup development & shipping

At least 8 week old, is the law over here... but many many puppy’s is not export by that time. I do not think there will be any problem because of age at all from 8 to 9 weeks...

I’m more worried about that she is so worried

And Nooooo, of course not, the puppy will not be ruined
