The Princess of stray dogs
The story I wrote is dedicated to Algiz Lupi di Gubbio (Lost in Rome July 28, 2012), brother and first playmate of my Zaira, female of Czechoslovakian Wolfdog, that I adopted to the age of eleven months, three years ago.
When I started to write the story of Princess (female one year old of Czechoslovakian Wolfdog), kidnapped by two shady characters who wanted to use her in dog fight to the death, Algiz had not yet disappeared. Princess with his particular intelligence is able to free herself from the prison where she was. During his escape, she meets four mongrels (Nameless, Billo, Gaia and Napoleone) who join it participating in search of his beloved human family was torn apart by violence. After months of ups and downs, Princess is able to return to home. I hope that this story is a good omen for Algiz and Valentina, its owner. The book is a special edition with 108 color photographs attached to most Czechoslovakian wolfdogs. I thank my American publisher who believed in my project and all Czechoslovakian Wolfdog owners who were happy to take part in allowing me to make my story also photographically. The book is distributed in Germany, at the following address: http://www.amazon.de/Principessa-ran...916599&sr=8-22
