Oficially, yes, she is in Brazil.

But I only moderate english and portuguese forum, the admin who takes care of the webpage no one knows, nor even me.

To tell you the truth I think its the best way, I only know that the Admin has no more connections with the breed than this webpage, well, nothing more fair than it, as people now cannot point the finger saying that Admin have preferences.
