Registration & login problems

one to the database
http://www.wolfdog.org/user/register

and one to the forum

I signed up again .. with the user name "Domenico Ares" ... Now I have access to the database with this new account, but I can't post new topics, posts, etc. .. I also tried to change the main photo in the database but nothing ... I sent the results of bonitazione and work ...
