Nobody is excused and small scale mutt breeders aren't 'less worse' than large. Mutara as I understand were denied from slovak and czech registration. It amazes me how certain ones outside the UK slate me for crossing, yet their "best friends" in the UK cross their pet csv mixed dogs with husky mix and they dont say a word on here about them, hypercritical lol
