eu requests chip, we don't. yes, pity - he can enter russia, but maybe can't enter poland after this. but this topic is about russian requirements. i live at 2 borders and we have many people with animals here entering russia everyday. many of them don't have chips. i have chips for example. but the question was - what does he need for entering russia. i answered. your law is your law, surely i can't talk about it. and one more thing. if he goes from poland (why i asked where exactly he wants to go) - maybe he will pass through belarus, then he must find their law because there is no border between russia and belarus now. and this is really important - where he enters russia (or belarus) exactly.
