But is say "at the earliest at the age recommended by their special club" and the club can say "earliest at the age of 24 month if they want to" but of course they will need permission from SKK to do so  And if a breeder brakes that 24 month role, they do not brake Swedish law, but only a breed club and SKK role, punishment can maximum be `No pedigree for the puppies` If I understand it all right ? But, yes it are to say like this... `at the earliest at the age recommended by their special club, but never earlier than the second heat or 18 month ` We can write to SKK and ask them about it  Very best regards / Mikael

			Dutch breeding rules: In Holland we have 2 type of breeding rules: BRS: breeding rules of the RBVH (Dutch kennel organization) for all breeds and RFR: specific breeding rules of a breed club Breeding rules Raad van Beheer - BRS 
 
 These combinations are not allowed: 
 Breeding rules Dutch CsW club (RFR) General: 
 Health: 
 HD A/- x HD A/- HDA/- x HD B/TC HD B/TC x HDB/TC HDC/± x HD A/- 
 Behavior: 
 Exterior 
 Males from abroad can be used when they are qualified as stud dog by Dutch club rules or the rules of the club in country of origin
