I understand that they born in france in De Louba Tar kennel, was transported to Luxemburg and registered in the name of Dancing Cloud kennel, the litter was announced as the first litter born in Luxemburg and so the puppies back to France for De Louba Tar kennel, kennel where they really born.

Sorry, I really not know the rules in France and Luxemburg for the animal transport.
