Default Czech Club Meeting - Translation?

on Czech club there seems to have been a meeting with many decisions taken.
http://www.cswolfdog.cz/index.php?op...-kchsv-1462008
As I don't speak Czech and I am interested to know if there are some decisions about the breed/shows taken, is there anybody so kind to make translations or short concentrated recap??
Thanks
massimo

I would be very interested in a translation too and hope that someone will be kind to do it for all of us foreigners who can not read Czech(or not enough to understand)

For you are interesting folowing points :
XI.
0.2 Czech champion - fot title is enough any exam according the FCI or CZ national rules.
1.1 R type 1 will be discuss with SK Club, because in different language is different words and must be absolutely clear, whats R1 mean.
3.1. new bonitation rule - minimaly age of males and females for bonitation is 18 months
3.3. New bonitation codes Xf (format index) and Xv (high index). Indexes will be in %
4.2. Minimaly age for HD test is 15 months
6.1. ew title "Club champion" :
1. exam with minimaly 2 parts (obedience+trace, obedience+defence, trace+defence)
2. 2x CAC from club- or special show organisate by KCHCSV in CZ.
3. Dog must have in the time of this 2 shows owner, who is member of CZ Club
4. if CAC on show have dog, which dont have owner, who is member of CZ Club or dog, which have just title "Club champion" then is accpting for title res. CAC on this show as well

The last part I really don't like.
To be Cz Champion, you need 2 CAC from club show but must have CZ onwer. Meaning to be CZ champion he must be czech dog?? or however be a czech owned dog?
Isn't that "closing" horizons instead of opening them?
What do you think?
Ans mostly, what do Czechs think?

CZ Champion is different, then Club champion, dont mix it. Club champion is title only for members of CZ Club.
