I have another confirmation that vlcaks' level of empathy and their body language is incredible!

Dambo died recently of leukemia at the age of four . He was one of the sweetest dogs I've ever met... For a few days Lorka stopped at the entrance of his home and sat there for a couple of minutes looking intensly at the front door, as if she was mourning or trying to understand what'd happened ..

Yesterday his owner came to our playground with Dambo's nephew, 3,5 month old Bimbo. The dogs recieved him warmly


Lorka is normally quite bossy with pups, but this time she was extremely friendly and at some point even lied down - definitely was sending him CS!




Very soon the whole pack started teaching Bimbo very expicitly all their behaviour patterns, ways of playing together, etc. It was really fascinating to watch:
