You need: - show results - 40 km test - bonitation - HD results You are right - there are no restrictions so far but someone who want to buy a puppy can see if the parrents are HD-free or not. It is huge difference. If the breeder don't wanna show the papers, you don't need to buy a puppy from him. In some other countries the breeder can say "I do not have it because we don't need to do this".... And in the end - the breeder decide if he will use a dog with strong HD or not. So far you can see the breeders are OK, and even if they use dogs with HD C (2/2) the other dog is still HD-free (A(0/0)). So it looks the same as in other countries where the restrictions exists....
