I think Marcy & affiliates/Galomy Oak would be the only ones I know of in Virginia.
Three and a half hours really doesn't seem like a long distance, especially with such a rare breed. There are less than a hundred in the states, after all. We visited Galomy Oak while we were on the east coast as well, from Philadelphia..
