UKC & AKC Dog Shows & Vlcak entries

Hi all,
So now that there are a whopping TWO vlcaks down here in FL (and now we have, what, six or so on the eastern seaboard of the US?), we are both excited for showing conformation in UKC and performance in both UKC & AKC venues.
We are hoping to make it to the UKC Premier show for the club meeting, too... my question is this: how would we go about getting bonitations done here in the US? I am guessing we would have to bring in a foreign judge - but how would that work? Under what official auspices could we hold the bonitation?
Also, I have considered ARBA (American Rare Breed Association) and IABCA (International Kennel Club) - have any other vlcak folks tried these venues or are interested in them?
