Quoto il msg di Margo, in verde la mia traduzione (il rosso era più evidente, ma lo usa il moderatore per le eventuali correzioni)... anzi ora ho rimodificato in giallo che è ancora meglio leggibile sullo sfondo blu.
Mi scuso anticipatamente se ci dovessero essere delle imprecisioni, ma tengo a sottolineare che non essendo affatto competente in materia di bonitazioni e affini potrei anche capire fischi per fiaschi!

Mi piace il forum italiano ma non ho veramente tempo per leggere e seguire tutti gli argomenti. Specialmente ora che nel weekend abbiamo fatto circa 1500 km per prelevare W CzW che il proprietario stava per sopprimere. Ora il cane è con noi e dobbiamo riportarlo in Slovakia. Quando vedete (dalle cucciolate in lista [ndr]) che abbiamo anche dei cuccioli presso di noi (e abbiamo anche il "normale" lavoro da fare) capirete che non abbiamo veramente tempo per leggere tutti gli argomenti.
Così se qualcuno apre un argomento su di noi sarebbe veramente GENTILE se la stessa persona ci contattasse via email per avere una risposta oppure ci informasse che ha aperto quell'argomento. E non domandarsi soltanto perchè non arriva la risposta.
A questo punto voglio ringraziare le persone che ci hanno informato di questo. Peccato che non sia stata la persona che ci ha accusato.

Alistar has bonitation - Polish one... The bonitation code is A62,5 Of P1... But we are still thinking how to solve the problem with not-comparable bonitations - if all should be listed in the database or only OFFICIAL made according the Czech or Slovakian rules... But it is topic for separate theme which has been already disscused in the English forum...
Alistar ha una bonitazione Polacca. Il codice di bonitazione è A62,5 Of P1... Però stiamo ancora pensando a come risolvere il problema di bonitazioni non-simili (comparabili [ndr])... se nel database debbano essere mostrate tutte oppure soltanto quelle ufficiali fatte seguendo le regole Ceche o Slovacche. Ma questo è un argomento di natura diversa che è già stato discusso sul forum inglese.

I know that many people are used that breeders have something to hide, that breeders make frauds... That it is "normal" that breeders breed ill dogs, make strong inbreeds, breed dogs with genetic faults and/or character problems and make everything only to get money... But not ALL breeders. If one breeders makes it it is wrong to expect the same from ANY breeder...

So in this case - before thinking about Conspiracy Theory - isn't it better simply to ask? The litter of Gejsa is not a top secret story... Everyone who ASK is informed about it...

The litter of Gejsa was not a way to dodge the breeding rules in CZ but a typical 'mistake' litter. Gejsa was owned by Marcela - her breeder. Because Gejsa was living with her mother (Ajga) what had negative influence on her character (she started to be distrustful against men) so Marcela decided to give her to Eva (the owner of Dat) for resocialization - Gejsa lived by Eva for a longer time, was showed and trained by her and her character improved and was better and better. People who were already on some dog shows in Slovakia or/and Czech Republic will confirm that the true "owner" ("keeper"?) was Eva.
Everything was OK and the bonitation of Gejsa was planned for the end of this year or beggining or middle of the next year. No litter was planned at that time.
But life is not always as planned - Gejsa started her heat. Before Marcela took her back to her home for that time she was covered by Dat. Gejsa didn't showed any signs that the "right days" are comming, she was not "standing", not flirting with Dat. It was first the 10(!) day of the heat. She was covered only once. Many breeders cover their females the whole heat, in the good days and the females stay "empty". Usually during the first days of heat (as the books write) is not possible for the females to become pregnant... So everyone though mistake happend but there will be no puppies... To be sure Marcela made the USG and... there will be a litter...

The whole story looks so: NOBODY can forbid breeders to breed ill puppies. NOBODY can forbid them to use dogs with very high number of puppies with HD-problems. NOBODY can forbid breeders to breed dogs with genetic faults and spread them to the puppies....

...but Gejsa's puppies would not get the pedigrees in Czech Republic because she has no bonitation... In Italy many breeders would be proud of such litter and advertise this litter as "one of the most interesting litters of the year" but not in Czech Republic...

So for Marcela there were two possible solutions:
1) To give Gejsa after the mating a injection to cause abortion. The injection is VERY risky and there were already females which not only stayed sterile after such injection but also almost lost their lifes (there were complications).
2) To kill all newborn puppies just after their birth because an FCI-registered breeder can not breed and sell (or give away)dogs without papers so it was not possible to give these puppies to people.

What would you choose if it would happend to your female? If she would be covered against your will by Forrest or Big Wakan Wolf or any other nice Italian male? Would you give her this injection or you would kill the puppies?

Luckly there was third way to solve this problem - according to the Polish breeding rules Gejsa has already breeding rights: she is already over 18 months old, she has HD-result and she attended more dog show results with good results. It is the reason why she will have litter in Poland.

As you can see it is not "z Peronowki"-gate...
There are no dirty things in this litter and I really have nothing to accuse me of this...
If there is any question it is only about the ethics - everyone can answer it by himself - if in such case will register such litter on own kennel...
I personaly have no problem with it: the puppies will be saved. They will be marked with my kennel name and I must say I will never make something like this for a litter which can be bad for the opinion about my kennel: I would never register a litter where the parents have no HD-results, where the parents have any genetic problems or where the parents are not high quality dogs (and can lower standard of puppies from our kennel). But in this case I do not need to be affraid: Dat is a Czech stud dog, HD-A (0/0), with P1 from the bonitation, character Og and at this time one of the most winning dogs in Czech Republic. Gejsa was Of during the youth bonitation (in Czech Republic), HD-B(0/1) made in Czech Republic and at that time claimed to be one of the best Czech females (she really looks great)... So in this case it was not planned but if she would have the bonitation, if she would be covered by Dat in one year such litter could be advertised as a very nice and interesting litter...

I hope it cleared you the whole story which caused so many bad words about me only because someone was not prepared to ask me directly... Czech club members, board and breeding comittee are informed about the whole story. If there is one person which is responsible for it - it is Eva Myslivecka (although it could happend to everyone who has female and male at home so it is really impossible to blame her). Anyway she said during the club meeting that she is prepared to undergo any penalties told by the Czech Club... If you want to follow the story - contact the Czech Club...
So che molte persone pensano che gli allevatori abbiano qualche cosa da nascondere, che gli allevatori facciano truffe... che sia "normale" che gli allevatori allevino cani malati, che facciano accoppiamenti in stretta consanguineità, che allevino cani con difetti genetici e/o problemi caratteriali e lo facciano solo a scopo di lucro... Ma non TUTTI gli allevatori. Se un allevatore lo fa è sbagliato aspettarsi la stessa cosa da tutti gli altri allevatori...

Così, in questo caso, prima di pensare ad una teoria cospiratoria, non sarebbe meglio chiedere semplicemente? La cucciolata di Gejsa non è una storia top secret... Chiunque CHIEDA ne sarà informato...

La cucciolata di Gejsa non è un modo per eludere le regole di allevavamento in Cecoslovacchia, ma un tipico "sbaglio" di cucciolata. Gejsa aveva come proprietaria Marcela, la sua allevatrice. Siccome Gejsa viveva con sua madre (Ajga), questo ha avuto una influenza negativa sul suo carattere (ha iniziato a diventare diffidente con gli umani) cosicchè Marcela ha deciso di darla ad Eva (la proprietaria di Dat) per una risocializzazione - Gejsa ha vissuto con Eva per molto tempo, è stata portata in esposizione e addestrata da lei e il suo carattere era migliorato e andava migliorando sempre di più. Le persone che erano in alcune expo in Slovakia e/o nella Rep. Ceca confermeranno che il reale proprietario ("tenutario") era Eva.
Tutto era ok e la bonitazione di Gejsa era programmata per la fine di questo anno o l'inizio o la metà del prossimo. Nessuna cucciolata era programmata in quel momento.
Ma la vita non è sempre come è stata programmata - Gejsa è entrata in calore. Prima che Marcela se la riportasse a casa per questo periodo, è stata coperta da Dat. Gejsa non ha mostrato nessun segnale che il "giorno giusto" stava arrivando, non ci "stava", non flirtava con Dat. Era il primo dei 10(!) giorni del calore. E' stata coperta soltanto una volta. Molti allevatori fanno coprire le loro femmine per tutta l'intera durata del calore, e nei giorni buoni, e nonostante questo le femmine non vengono ingravidate. Solitamente durante i primi giorni del calore (come scrivono i libri) non è possibile che le femmine rimangano gravide... Così tutti pensavano che l'errore c'era, si, stato, ma non ci sarebbero stati cuccioli... Per essere sicura Marcela ha fatto una USG (ecografia?! [ndr]) e... c'era la cucciolata...

L'intera storia è questa: NESSUNO può proibire agli allevatori di allevare cani malati. NESSUNO può proibire loro di usare cani con un elevato numero di cuccioli con problemi di displasia. NESSUNO può proibire agli allevatori di allevare cani con difetti genetici e diffonderli sui cuccioli... (questo periodo non sono sicuro di averlo tradotto correttamente [ndr])

... però i cuccioli di Gejsa non avrebbero avuto il pedigree nella Rep. Ceca perchè non aveva bonitazione... In Italia molti allevatori sarebbero fieri di questa cucciolata e la pubblicizzerebbero come "una delle più interessanti dell'anno" ma non in Rep. Ceca.

Così per Marcela c'erano due posibili soluzioni:
1) Cedere Gejsa dopo averle fatto una iniezione per farla abortire. L'iniezione è MOLTO rischiosa e ci sono già state femmine che non solo sono rimaste sterili dopo questo tipo di iniezione, ma che hanno anche perso la vita (ci sono state complicazioni).
2) Uccidere tutti i cuccioli subito dopo la nascita perchè un allevatore registrato alla FCI non può allevare o vendere (o dare via) cani senza documenti, cosicchè sarebbe stato impossibile dare questi cuccioli alla gente.

Che cosa avreste scelto voi se questo fosse accaduto alla vostra femmina? Se fosse stata coperta senza il vostro volere da Forrest o Big Wakan Wolf o qualsiasi altro bel cane italiano? Le avreste fatto l'iniezione o avreste ucciso i cuccioli?

Fortunatamente c'era una terza via per risolvere questo problema - rispettando le regole Polacche di allevamento Gejsa ha già diritto di allevare: ha già passato i 18 mesi di età, ha un certificato di displasia ed è in attesa di numerosi risultati di esposizioni con buoni giudizi. E' per questa ragione che le si è fatta avere la cucciolata in Polonia.

Come potete vedere non c'è un "z Peronowki"-gate (scandalo [ndr])
Non ci sono cose sporche in questa cucciolata ed io non ho realmente nulla da rimproverarmi per questo...
Se ci devono essere domande su questo riguardano soltanto l'etica - ognuno si può rispondere da solo - se in questo caso registrerebbe questa cucciolata sotto il proprio affisso...
Io personalmente non ho problemi con ciò: i cuccioli sono salvi. Porteranno il mio affisso e potrò dire che non avrei mai fatto nulla di simile per una cucciolata che avrebbe potuto essere cattiva per la reputazione del mio affisso: non avrei mai registrato una cucciolata di genitori senza certificato di displasia, dove i genitori avessero avuto problemi genetici o dove i genitori non fossero stati cani di alta qualità (e avessero potuto abbassare lo standard dei cuccioli del nostro allevamento). Ma in questo caso non devo essere dispiaciuta: Dat è uno stallone (stud?!) Ceco, HD-A (0/0), con P1 alla bonitazione, carattere "Og" e ad oggi uno dei cani più gettonati in Rep. Ceca.
Gejsa è stata "Of" alla la bonitazione giovanile (nella Rep. Ceca) HD-B(0/1) fatta in Rep. Ceca e ad oggi si sostiene sia una delle migliori femmine Ceche (sembra veramente notevole)... Così, in questo caso non era stata programmata ma se avesse avuto la bonitazione, se fosse stata coperta da Dat tra un anno, questa cucciolata sarebbe stata pubblicizzata come una cucciolata molto bella e interessante...

Spero di aver chiarito l'intera storia che ha causato così tante cattive parole su di me soltanto perchè qualcuno non si è premurato di chiedermelo direttamente... I membri del Club Ceco, consiglieri e comitato tecnico, sono informati dell'intera storia. Se ci deve essere un responsabile per questo - questa è Eva Myslivecka (sebbene possa succedere a chiunque possieda una femmina ed un maschio a casa, è così impossibile biasimarla). Comunque durante l'incontro del club, lei ha detto di essere preparata a sottostare a qualsiasi sanzione venga dettata dal Club Ceco. Se volete seguire la storia contattate il Club Ceco...

Spero di aver tradotto il più fedelmente possibile quanto scritto da Margo... Chiunque sia più edotto di me in inglese è vivamente pregato di far notare eventuali strafalcioni!
