A few answers:
In our law onle some breeds (and agressive dogs) have to wear muzzle. All dogs with normal behaviour don't need a muzzle.
My experience is that dogs are welcom in a lot of common restaurants. But all kind of exclsusive, famous or expensive places it is not alowwed.
Also not in a lot of shops and of course musea
But you always can see this on the sign on the door: forbidden for dogs.
Also dogs are not alowwed in most of taxi's and some publique buscompany's.

All beaches dogs allowed
North Holland
Velsen-Noord: allowed without leash
IJmuiden: april t/m september out of leash between IJmuiderslag till border Bloemendaal.
Bloemendaal: 15 may t/m 15 september out of leash between Parnassia till the norther “naked beach”
South Holland
Noordwijk: outside entrance 1 and pole nr 80500 out of leash
Scheveningen: only in the area between harbour and “Pier” dogs are allowed
Kijkduin: outside the area 26 - 29
Oostvoorne/Rockanje: between pole 11 and pole 11.6 &
between pole 13.4 and pole 16 dogs are allowed whole summer without leash.
Zeeland
Domburg/Oostkapelle: the beaches: Hoogduin, Westhoven and Berkenbosch are allowed.
Vrouwenpolder: between 1 mei till 1 oktober only on special area’s dogs are allowed from 8.00 till 18.00 hours on leash! All other periods without leash.
